About the Conference
In the People’s Republic of China, the Ministry of Science and Technology, together with the Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Ministry of Education, and the National Natural Science Foundation, have officially launched the National 6G Technology R&D Promotion Working Group and set up the General Experts Group in November 2019; thus commenced the 6G research plan and program in China.
The first Global 6G Conference will focus on topics including the 6G vision, typical use cases, new network architecture, coverage extension & enhancement, new air interface & high-performance transmission, network security & reliable architecture, full-scenario & on-demand green service model, media integration, and international cooperation. It aims to accelerate 6G oriented research and development activities in China and the world, to facilitate international exchanges and cooperation, to form consensuses on 6G concepts and pre-standard R&D collaboration approaches across the academic and industrial communities, and to push forward the sustainable development of the global 6G industry in the future.
