MESSAGE FROM GENERAL CHAIR

On behalf of the organizing committee, it is my great pleasure to welcome you all to the third International Conference on Future Communications and Networks, which will be held in Belgrade, Serbia on August 18-22, 2025.

The annual International Conference on Future Communications and Networks (FCN) is an event that aims at providing a forum that brings together researchers from academia as well as practitioners from industry to meet and exchange ideas and recent research work on all aspects of future communications and networks. FCN 2025 is the third edition of this event. The conference will present you an interesting technical program consisting of seven keynote speeches, five Symposiums, and two workshops. The keynote speeches will be delivered by world-wide well-known experts in the field of communications and networks. The technical Symposiums will present original research results in the area of communications and networks.

I would like to extend profound gratitude to the Organizing Committee for their tireless dedication in orchestrating this event. Our sincere appreciation also goes to all contributing authors whose scholarly work enriches this conference.
