1. Registration Policy
  • 1) Registration is required for all participants of FCN 2026.
  • 2) For each accepted paper, at least ONE author is required to register at Full REGISTRATION in order for the paper to be included in the FCN 2026 Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore. The other authors can register at Non-Full Registration.
  • 3) For the same author with multiple accepted papers, one registration can at most cover TWO papers.
  • 4) Each accepted paper is limited to 7 pages with no charge for the first 6 pages and a charge of 50EURO/400RMB for the 7th page.
  • 5) Author Full registrations are due on Sept. 15, 2026. You must register your papers before uploading the papers. Other regisrations are due on Oct. 15, 2026

3. Registration Benefits
Author, Non-Author, Student registrations include:
  • 1) Access to all technical sessions of the conference program, including keynotes, workshops, banquet, lunches, coffee breaks;
  • 2) Conference accessories;
  • 3) Conference electronic Proceedings.

One-day Pass registrations include:
  • 1) Access to one day of the conference, including keynotes, workshops, lunches, and coffee breaks, but excluding the banquet;
  • 2) Conference accessories;

4. Registration Procedure
  • 1) Fill in the registration form.
  • 2) Make the payment. All payments must be made in EURO or Chinese Yuan.
  • 3) Send a copy of your payment to yunjiarui@future-forum.org.cn
  • 4) If you need an invoice, please send the invoice information to yunjiarui@future-forum.org.cn
