Forum Introduction
Supported by NDRC, MOST, MIIT, and NSFC, FuTURE Forum is a non-profitable international organization jointly initiated by famous mobile telecommunication operators, mobile communication device manufactures, research institutes and universities from both home and abroad in 2005.
To promote the exchanges on technologies and information in the field of future mobile communication, strengthen the international technical cooperation and exchanges, and advance the mainstream technologies in the field, FuTURE Forum endeavors to establish and develop an open, neutral, fair and just international platform to serve the technology R&D and industry cooperation in the field.
Goals
- Reach a global consensus on cutting-edge technologies and put forward the development of technical standards;
- Promote academic exchanges, project connection and industry cooperation between China and other countries and regions;
- Build a holistic ecosystem covering government, enterprises, universities, research institutes, and end-users;
- Promote the cross-boundary synergies between the information field and other various industries and fields;
- Organize the building of national advanced talent pool.
