Seminar | 2012/8/14WWECON conference was held on July 28th during ChinaJoy Exhibition in Shanghai Pudong Kerry Hotel. FuTURE FORUM acts as one of the co-hosts of this conference. WWECON is committed to providing a platform for exchanging operation and R&D experiences, sharing the latest technical results in the field of mobile Internet entertainments, and searching the route for the future development of wireless Internet entertainment applications. This conference is held with the theme of “Unlimited Entertainment---New Age, New Economy, New Entertainment, and New Opportunity”.
This conference attracted many leading enterprises in the field of wireless entertainment, including mobile 360, Google, Microsoft, Tencent Mobile, UC Technologies, and Pop Cap. Mr. HOU Ziqiang, advisory of FuTURE FORUM and reputed telecom expert gave the keynote speech: Change in the new age of Mobile Internet, in which he stated that HTML5 will promote the games evolve from original applications into webpage applications. Based on HTML5 platform, the new mobile Internet mode promoting the convergence of webpage applications and cloud computation began to emerge, in which the app stores are located in the browsers instead of in the portals. Mr. HOU’s speech roused much repercussion and resonance.
Mr. WEI Xin, General Manager of China Unicom Wo Store, Mr. ZHANG Jianfeng, Director of Tianyi Products of China Telecom, Mr. Sano Se, Senior Advisory of NTT DoCoMo Beijing Labs, Ms. REN zhen, Director of Partnership & Open Innovation of France Telecom, were invited to join a dialogue among Chinese and foreign operators themed by “Building a Comprehensive Smart Platform to Realize All-win Result”, discussing how the operators value user experience, participate in collaborative application innovations, how the foreign operators profit by the openness, and how to make full use of the resource of the communication operators, and sharing the successful case of cooperation between communication operators and game developers.
