The 2nd working group meeting of 2010 was held in Dandong from July 8th to 9th of 2010.

WG1&2 brought forth the subject of future Internet which was widely focused by various technical fora and academic organizations, and had an in-depth discussion on the design of future Internet. Besides, WG1&2 also discussed the development of telecom finance. WG3 focused on the subjects for WRC-12 which will be held in two years and the allocation of new spectrum band on WRC-16. DoCoMo proposed QoE mechanism in WG5, which places more stress on quality of user experience compared with QoS. BWA group is ready to draft the report on domestic development of UWB technologies and expected to submit this report to 2010 Sino-Japan Technical Workshop to be held in August. Meanwhile, 60GHz short-range transmission is also taken as one of the important subjects in the research of BWA group.
